Brand Gap Audit
A clear view of what is working, what needs attention and what should happen next.
A focused strategic analysis for businesses who know something is not working but are unsure whether the answer is a rebrand, new packaging, a better website or a more cohesive customer experience.
SEE The full picture
When a brand no longer feels quite right, it is not always clear which part needs attention or whether a complete rebrand is truly necessary.
The Brand Gap Audit looks at the business as a whole, identifying where the brand feels clear, where it has become disconnected and which changes will have the greatest impact.
You will leave with a practical direction and strategy for moving forward, without investing in design before knowing what your business genuinely needs.
How it works
01. SHARE YOUR BRAND
After booking, you will receive a short questionnaire and a clear list of the materials I need, including your current identity, website, packaging and any other relevant brand touchpoints.
02. THE FULL REVIEW
We look at how your brand is positioned, presented and experienced as a whole, identifying what feels strong and which areas offer the greatest opportunity.
03. YOUR AUDIT
Within approximately one week, you will receive a clear visual assessment with prioritized recommendations, a suggested direction and a practical roadmap for what should happen next.
04. THE REVIEW CALL
We meet for a focused call to walk through the findings, answer your questions and make sure you leave with a clear understanding of the direction recommended, as well as the next steps.
What the audit looks at
The Brand Gap Audit reviews how your brand is positioned, presented and experienced across the places that matter most. Depending on your business, this may include your messaging, visual identity, packaging, website, photography, customer journey and overall consistency, as well as how ready the brand feels for launch, growth or its next stage
results
You will receive a clear visual assessment of your current brand, an explanation of the main opportunities and areas needing attention, prioritized recommendations, a suggested creative direction and a practical roadmap for what should happen next. The audit also includes a focused review call so we can walk through the findings together and make sure you leave with a clear direction.
The Investment
The Brand Gap Audit investment is $650 USD and is completed within approximately one week. Once completed, if you decide to move forward with the Brand to Market Experience and booked within 30 days, the audit investment is applied toward the larger engagement.
There is no obligation to continue. You will still leave with a clear understanding of your brand’s priorities and the recommended next steps.
